I've updated the file to include your comments on Route 4. Also added some
more discussion with Laura about the whole thing.

I agree with your assessment of the web site, too. A new design would be
great. Web design is one of my strengths, so I'd be more than willing to
help out with this. I see that the site runs PHP and MySQL, which is what
I'm most familiar with anyway. Maybe we should make some mock-up designs if
someone thinks it's a good idea.
