Subject: patch to improve the autoconf installation

The following patch makes the autoconf installation put files in
the proper locations (it creates ${prefix}/share/AbiSuite and puts
most things in there). It also fixes the installation of
the dictionary so that it detects a big or little endian
platform and installas the correct dictionary.
