For those specific files, check the following directories:
abi/
abi/src/user/wp
For more details on how the installers assemble their manifests, see the
"make canonical" and "make distribution" targets in the following:
abi/src/Makefile
abi/src/wp/Makefile
abi/src/pkg/.../Makefile
The actual Win32 installer sources are mostly here, in library form:
abi/src/ask
The specific manifest used for Win32 is here:
abi/src/pkg/win/setup/abisuite.ask
Note that the recent discussions about switching to a NSIS-based installer
would involve adding an equivalent abi/src/pkg/win/nsis/* which didn't use
the ASK libraries.
