Subject: Help Docs & UI alterations

While the developers are tweaking the UI, I'm suspending my work on the
docs. It looks like it will only take a few hours to resync everything
once they're done, but I don't want to have to do the job more than
once.
I'll probably audit the help files while I'm at it, and then try to get
the menu & toolbar help XHTML'd.
