Thanks. I appreciate it. While you're at it, you may want to confirm that
desktop integration Just Works in other obvious ways for some interesting
subset of the Unix packages we ship.

Since there are so many potential desktops to integrate with (GNOME, KDE,
and other file/window manager combos), I'm not sure how much work that'd be,
though.

However, I don't think I'd be going out too far on a limb to assert that, at
minimum, double-clicks on AbiWord documents in GNOME / Nautilus should Just
Work as soon as you've installed our GNOME RPMs. ;-)

Touche. I'm glad we agree that they're both important, even if we disagree
about where to draw the line.

Of course, my bias is more properly described as anti-MDI (for apps which
manage modest numbers of documents), because I'm hardly pro-SDI, either. I
prefer to think of the distinction as being document-centric instead of
app-centric.

But those are all negative labels, and who needs those? :-)
