Hopefully fix the problem with iconv and casts. GCC 2.96 doesn't mind the other
casts, MSVC does, and GCC3.0 doesn't like const_cast<const pointer>
So now I use a fscking c-style cast. If this doesn't work for everyone, there is
something horribly wrong.
I also added a new feature, requested by <mantiena>:
You can now set the default save-as file type. It defaults to .abw (of course),
but you can change it to RTF or whatever. No UI support, yet, but you can tweak
your preference files to make this work.
