I've recreated my xhtml image placement patch from before, based on CVS
head. Note, as before, that the tarfile will extract the additional
ut_path.cpp implementation files into place within the source tree if
you are in 'abi's parent directory when you extract. Note also that Hub
said that he wanted to hold off on this until he could properly
implement a Macintosh version of the function I defined.
