Command line options available on Unix Builds should (when applicable)
be available in Windows. While the majority of Windows users may
never use them, its useful to those of us that run programs from a
CLI (command shell) and possibly useful in shortcuts.
And using dash (-) [or dashes] is preferable to slash (/), as this does not
prevent Windows users from using slash as a root path specifier.
