I have taken this un-name POW.

Outside ot the PageSetup Dialog, the Win32 installer has a lot of Bugzilla
issues that need cleaning up. So instead of delving into the ASK based
system and re-inventing the wheel, I have built the NSIS as a peer module
and have a working system. I plan to incorporate this change into the into
the CVS system after the 0.9.3 release (which I hope will be out soon :-) )

Note that the current system uses the basic NSIS generic UI, with minimal
AbiWord branding. As a result the only changes to the NSIS was the
Makefile.abi files, using the exising zlib peer files, and redirecting where
cdump files would be located for the includes.

It is possible to make more modifications to the peer NSIS code to make it
look more like the existing ASK install system (graphic sidebar) , but I
will wait until after the 0.9.3 release for any further development.

Additionally - the system can be localized creating non-english Install
version with appropriate dictionaries etc....

Cheers!
