   I first started experiencing this problem the day that psiconv was added
to CVS. I haven't had quite enough time to figure it out though. I hadn't
posted anything about it yet because with tinderbox broken (due to the lack
of the psiconv tree) I didn't have any way to prove that it wasn't just me
screwing up my build. I did email Mike about it a few days ago, but he
wasn't having problems; I can only guess that that's due to our make vs.
project file differences).
