Well, lots of stuff needs to be implemented. What needs to be done (off of
the top of my head):
1) Set page type to one of the fp_PageSize::Predefined values
2) Allow a landscape mode
3) Set Top/Bottom/Left/Right margins
4) Set header/footer distance from the margins
