I'm sorry for not being more prompt; I have been a bit pressed for
time, between my job and studying for some exams.
I think the best thing to do would be to commit your suggested patches,
with one small adaption: instead of definining vsnprintf as _vsnprintf
in the psiconv source, can you do so on the makefile compilation line (by
adding it to CFLAGS/CPPFLAGS)? That will keep the source 'clean'
until I find a better solution, but still work fine.
Another question: is there a free (as in beer) version of MSVC or
equivalent available? If so, I could play around with it a bit myself.
