Worked in some changes by Mike to the HT
Worked on some HT-related changes elsewhere
Deprecated 1 pref key, now we have DocumentLocale="en-US", etc...
Spell-check now XP based on DocumentLocale, initialized in FV_View constructor
Updated system profiles to reference new key, added nl-NL
Added nl-NL to ispell and ut_language codes
Made RTF output "\fs24" for 12 pt fonts. It's redundant, but makes us play
better with (buggy, lame-ass) MSFT word. A user asked for this specifically.
