          Thanks very much. The main guys who did the gnome front end are

Joaquin Abela Cuena and
Dom Lachowicz

Both are extremely talented hackers.

We have a hack that will alow people who need to put a table in a document
in CVS now. It's not true Table Support ala MS Word but can you line
things up in columns and put lines where-ever you like amongst them.

We will try to get in true Table support by the end of the year in time
for the Gnome 2 release.

Right now we're tidying up loose ends for our 0.90 release (feature
complete for 1.0). This release will give a good indication of what Abi
1.0 will be like. It is tons faster, with lots more really cool features
and of course fewer bugs :-)

After 1.0 is out we will make proper Table support our first priority.
