Fix printing of Symbol and Dingbat fonts for unix. There was the wrong
number of enteries on the first line of the *.u2g files.

People should do a

cvs update unixfonts

to get these fixes.

OK now Abi's printing for Unix is fixed. We have to work out ways to
improve our connection to gnome-print. Both for font metrics and
encodings.
