This is a temporary hack to fix bug 1586 for the next release.
The windows font colour toolbar buttons now call the "background"
dialog. In the long-run we need a color chooser widget.
The dialog is not initialized to the current text color. Sorry.

This was on the "TODO before the release" list too.
