I have added documentation for the bidi-specific features and
updated the FAQ. (en-US only); couple of pictures are missing
from the new bidi.html document, but I need to reboot for that.

Also added a new doc NonEnglishUnixKeyboard.abw to the docs
directory to address very common problems with incorrectly setup
keyboards for non-English languages.
