Commit: AbiWord now has the equivalent of MSWord's "normal.dot" - we
have "normal.awt". One can set custom headers, footers, styles, content,
etc. in this file and have it be the default "based on" file that all
other files inherit from.
I have to update the installers/makefiles to install my normal.awt to
AbiSuite/templates/normal.awt and hope to have this done shortly. The
grunt-work is done, though.
Mandatory screenshot attached.
Also fixed a SEGV in toggle-case.
