I have removed the Times New Roman dependency; the new
procedure for font lookup is as follows

try the requested font; if not found try Times New Roman; if not
found, see if we have any fonts at all, if we do grab the first one, if
not exit.

Also, I have changed getGdkFont so that we do not call exit when
font is not found.

(modified xap_UnixFont.cpp, gr_UnixGraphics.cpp)
