I always expected Title Case to give me first letter up, but it seems
that
it is more complicated than that.
I think that although Title Case might be useful for the purposes of
Grammar we should use First Letter Up instead as it is more simple and
consistent.
If some one can at a later stage provide on a langauge by langauge basis
the correct rules for capitalisation and Title Case as part of a grammar
checking tool or merely an extension of the existing Change Case
functionality i would love to see it.
Im a simple person, my mantra is Keep It Simple Stupid (KISS) so i whole
heartedly agree that the aformentioned (3) should replace (5) but that
(6)
should be left there because it works and IMAO is not confusing
(maybe i should use the code to make a lEEt h4X0R plugin :).
Also for Change Case to be fully compatible with (modern) Irish then the
accented vowels, αινσϊ need to be able to change to ΑΙΝΣΪ
(i just tested and this was not available in 0.9.4-1)
do i need to work out ASCII/Unicode values for you?
i might be able to patch it myself but have not looked at the code yet.
I think maybe the dialog might be more useful if it was modal (which
would necessitate an "Apply" button).
