Hey guys,
Long time no patch, I know, I know. I'm trying to get back into it
after a long haul with another project! Anyway, I've been reading
through a lot of bugs, and thinking about ways to make the xhtml
{ex,im}port better. This patch should (help) fix bug 1956. I had an
incorrect assumption about what qualified a structure as a list item.
One line fix, although I also added some explanatory comments about the
list processing code. Was gonna add more substance to my changes, but,
well, we're releasing tomorrow. There'll be more for the next release.
Bug 1956 complains of a lack of validity to what we output, which was
true, and which this should fix. However, in Abi you can create a
single list like this:
1. Item
2. Ibid
3. Ibid #2
Some completely unrelated structure.
4. Yes, I am an item in the above list.
5. And I'm another one.
However, with standard html lists, this is impossible. My proposed
solution will involve auto-incrementors in CSS2. But that'll take more
time than I have until the next release.
Take care,
John
