made fribidi compile without glib (I think) and fixed a memory bug in
the fribidi code. This seems to have got rid off the problems with
passing GUI strings through fribidi, so I have turned the code in
xap_Strings.cpp and ev_Toolbar_Labels.cpp back on.

Fixed additional bug in fp_Line.cpp

modified: all the fribidi files + xap_Strings.cpp,
ev_Toolbar_Labels.cpp, fp_Line.cpp
