The abiword-plugins module now conforms to the "normal" abiword
directory naming schemes and layout guidelines. FJF and MPritchett are
busy making makefiles for both the autoconf and the diving make systems.
Also played with the bz2 filter - all combined into 1 source file
(instead of 2 source + 2 header), and now it even closes the underlying
file stream. Also comes complete with comments (tm) :-P
