Hi Daniel,
          Thanks very much for your interest in us. We now have a working
plugin system that I think you might be able to use quite easily.

We also have a working theasarus, aiksaurus, written by our website
maintainer Jared Davis. If you look at his plugin code in

( abisource cvs module aiksaurus/gtk/abiplugin/aiksauris.cpp)

I think you'll see it is quite easy to take what you need to interfacce
into abiword via the plugins. Most of the work is done for you.

Jared had issues with WordNet because it's advertising clause. I'm not
sure if that makes it GPL-compatible? Of course we can only accept GPL
compatible code in abiword.

I also know that Jared is hard at work on his next generation
Theasurus. I've played with the beta his has hooked up via a web interface
and it is really cool. It's much better than aiksaurus already.

Maybe you two might want to cooperate?
