Implement odd/even/first/last headers and footers.
There is no GUI to implement these yet. I'll do a little dialog with just
some check buttons to allow different header types. I propose to call the
dialog "format Header/Footers" and place it in the "format" menu.
The attached file shows example of diferent header/footer types. This
file was created by editting an abiword file with emacs. You can
just edit a header/footer by clicking in the header footer region as
before.
