No the non-bidi win32 was having a runtime problem. Kept ASSERTing in
various places. Reverting the check-in fixes those asserts. Perhaps I did
something wrong. But it is better to have a working build than a
non-working build. So until there is a better patch, I'll leave them
reverted.
