Bugzilla has keyword to qualify bugs.
There are currently 4 choices:
assert
crash
dataloss
rfe
These are useful, but I'd like to have some more:
perf: designate a bug that impacts speed
mem: designate a bug that impacts memory usage
footprint: .... disk space usage (binary sizee)
xp
mac
beos
unix
gnome
gtk
qnx
win: ... bugs that concern on of these platforms but does not belong to
front end. unix covers non GTK/GNOME issues
hmi: ...problen human/machine interaction. basically GUI design
gui: GUI mis-behaviour
patch: bug carries a patch
sample: bugs carries a sample file
todo: things to do
BTW, this should allow removing "Dev - Style", "Dev - Performance" and "Dev
- TODO" components because they spread all over the tree.
Any comment ?
I'd like to have this has quick as we can (I can do it).
