    Code to enable abiword to be embedded in evolution or any other Bonobo
    aware app.

    To use this before 1.0.2 copy the GNOME_AbiWord_Control_1_0.oaf file to
    /usr/share/oaf.

    Inside this file there is the line:

    type="exe" location="abiword">

    Make sure "abiword" is a link to your executable script AbiWord bult ut of
    cvs.

    Alternatively instead of "abiword" put in a the direct path name to your
    cvs built abiword.

    Also I need help defining mime types for the other document types abiword
    can read. At present I've only defined abw,rtf and doc.

    PS. This should be ported to the unstable branch but I have to do other
    things for a while.

    PPS. Also fixes the flicker on load bug.
