Templatize UT_Map?

    Hello!
    Right now, UT_Map seems to only map void* to void*. I'd need it to map
    UT_uint32 to UT_uint32 and UT_uint32 to char*, though.

    So, what about templatizing UT_Map, so that any class can be mapped to any
    other?

    Or is something like this already existant in Abi and I've missed it?
