I've replied in the bug reports already but:
It's my opinion that IE is the #1 target for HTML so
if it's their bug we should still workaround it since
currently the majority of people will see no bullets
and see that as our fault.
It's my opinion that MS WordPad is the #2 target for
RTF after MS Word. Possibly #1 since all Windows
installations have MS WordPad but not all have MS
Word.
Where I am right now there are 50 machines all with
WordPad, none with Word since it would cost too much.
Since I've attached an RTF with working lists are
there
technical reasons we cannot export (and import) such?
