I agree with this. Could we implement an internal 'de-merge' for the
cases where you want to take a revision out of the middle? This is a bit
vague as an idea, but you'd have two versions of the doc, one where all
of 4's revisions are accepted, and one where they're only accepted if
they don't have any other revision marks on. Actually, the latter might
be the best way to do a global accept of just 4 -- and then warn the
user that there are conflicts to resolve.
