Good job, IMHO, responding to Rebecca! The only thing I'd be cautious
about is calling the ability to draw lines as you've described
"outlining support". To me, and, I suspect, most Word users, and maybe
most word processing users, outlining support is something very
different -- the ability to create (support) outlines in a word
processor. In Word, the outlines are "collapsible" which is even nicer,
and something I hope to see someday in AbiWord. (I was hoping to
program it, but I think that's a long way off on my horizon.)
I'm not sure what words I'd used to describe the feature you mention --
there used to be a phrase related to that -- I think some people called
the characters to do that something like "ASCII drawing characters" (but
that is not the phrase they used, IIRC).
