added attribute handling to the revision classes (so that we can
keep track of style changes, etc.).
files: pp_Revision.h/cpp, fp_TextRun.cpp, fv_View.cpp
you can use the attached doc to see how it works (you will need
to have a look at its contents in a text editor to see what is
happenning) -- debug build only though.
