I have added a document level attributes/properties mechanism, so
that now any properties will be inherited from the document before
using the built-in defaults. This required very small changes to the
PT and PD_Document, and the imp/exporter.

The document-level props and attributes are set using
PD_Document::setProperties() and setAttributes(). However, as of
the moment, there is no GUI for setting them, and anyone should
free to design some dialogue for this; we should at least be able to
set the default language ("lang") and dominant direction ("dom-dir")
properties for now.
