    This list used to be in ispell_checker.cpp. The encodings used to be in
    abispell/enc/*.hash-encoding. The new version of this file is now in
    the abidistfiles/dictionary/ispell_dictionar_list.xml, and is currently
    used by the ispell_checker.cpp.
