    Lots more fixes to rtf importer and layout. Document in bug 4111 imports
    now.

    That said there are still major problems. The abi puts text in tables
    when Applix did not intend it. What is worse is that MS Word can decode
    what Applix intended but we can't yet.

    Also now that we can import docs like this with complex tables, AbiWord
    shows severe performance problems. These can all be fixed though.
