    FWIW I'm with Peter too. Does anyone know of a potential problem with
    using Alt? Otherwise I think that's a good solution.
    The page up/down behavior has always irritated me and seems very
    unintuitive. So to have it turned off by default is to me a very
    sensible and good thing.
