The website, i think it is just used as somewhere to make the code
publically available. The mailing list is as dead as a Dodo, i never got
a response to my mail.
I am sure the Developers would love to see a version of Abiword that used
XUL for its GUI, Abiword is already available in a variety of toolkits
with the core being shared.
Slightly offtopic but i noticed in the newer releases of mozilla if you go
to Composer and then in the Debug menu there is a plaintext editor, which
i just happen to think is kinda cool.

Mosaic Killer -> Mozilla
Word Killer -> Willa :P
On a slightly more serious note may i suggest you simply call it Mozilla
Write, which shortens nicely to "write". It also helps avoid the
pronunciation confusion, i have heard Mozilla pronounced several
variations of moss, mots, mow - zilla. (Based on the pronunciation of
Mosiac it must be mow, rhymes with toe).
In the long run it think it would be very wise if you did not fall into
the trap of silly Gnaming Konventions, if GnYou Gknow kwhat i mozMean.
I like sticking the adjective Quick in front of things, is "Quick Word" a
catchy name or what! Of course it is dangerous risk filled strategy to so
build up the users expectations.
(I feel like a huge nerd for actually having given this so much thought)
