Dear all,

I have made some minor fixes of the zh-CN.strings file, e.g. the
simplified Chinese for "View (noun)", "template", "import" and
"export", after hearing suggestions from the zh_CN translation team as
well as checking what Microsoft actually uses in their zh_CN products.
Please apply the attached patch file.

Oh, BTW, I notice that UTF-8 is properly supported! Much
appreciated, as it makes editing these zh-*.strings files much easier!
