Hello guys,
I have done a few commits.
1. We get rid of MenuLabelSet and ToolbarLabelSet Profile variables and we
just use StringSet to indicate the current Language UI
2. Abiword honors the document-locale variable again
3. Under win32, there is a new Language tab (see the picture) that allows the
user to setup the Abiword's UI language and the default language for
documents. I also have move into this tab all the language related settings.

Note: It seems that may be a problem with Linux, Dom is looking into this, I
will look into this after.
