In short Google takes measures to prevent this sort of spamming.
There is also a cap on how much they would have to pay per day. In all
likelyhood we would be doing them a favour, on balance it is best not to
click it all.
More importantly

As a courtesy, we are willing to perform a limited investigation of
reasonable complaints. When we receive a complaint from a trademark owner,
our review is limited to ensuring that the advertisements at issue are not
using the trademarked term as a keyword trigger. If they are, we disable
those keywords from the ad campaign. Please note that any such
investigation will only affect ads served on or by Google.

Abiword is a Trademark, of Sourcegear etc.
Here are the details on how to make a Trademark complaint.
http://www.google.com/tm_complaint.html
It is obviously not within my rights to complain but I hope that Dom is or
that he will contact SourceGear, and get permission to do so.
And dont go rushing off to the OpenOffice discuss list with this, they
dont have a trademark on "OpenOffice" which is why they ask people to
refer to it as OpenOffice.org
They may have other grounds to complain but I only advise them to read up
on Googles policies.
Maybe we should all say Abwiord TM from now on? ;)
I dont think anyone ever seriously trademarked (it) "just works"
Sincerely
