dglassey: don't build the libAbiWord.dll as we can now create an
AbiWord.a import library directly - untested as I haven't got a plugin
to compile yet

ok, I guess this is a start on the way to making building the plugins
easier for windows for both mingw and msvc.

it's still a long way though.
