Ok, so this really doesn't have anything to do with
Enchant, as far as I can tell. So I'll ignore that
bit.

I hope to make a C plugin API that wraps a lot of
Abi's interesting internals. I hope to use said C
plugin API to enable those parts of Abi to be easily
scripted.
You would then be free to write a script that does
exactly what you want.
