Hi,

It's a first attempt at a HIG'ified window, so forgive me for something
that's badly done. Better yet, teach me how to do better.

Point of redesign: moving to GtkTreeListView (so you can have checkboxes
for enabling/disabling a particular plugin alongside it's name) and
removing tabbed sections.

What do you think?

Marc, this one's particularly directed to you, who're more familiar with
the dialog windows code than I am.
