In abicocoa modules.

Towards an automatic builder for MacOSX. Works but perfectible.
CVS: Modified Files:
CVS: README abipbx/abipbx.pbproj/project.pbxproj

CVS: build_all.sh abipbx/preparelibs.sh

What it does:
-build peer frameworks and abi using pbxbuild, in Deployment version
-copy over Fink .dylib and rename_toolize them to be embedded into the
bundle
-create a disk image for distribution

What it does not:
-check for Fink
-download fribidi source

Note: there are still bugs in this process.
