Besides the peer library issue, another contributing factor in my
opinion is that Jeremy is the only one that tries to build the win32
installer with any regularity.

I tried last weekend and Mark fixed most of the issues that I assume are
because my environment is somehow different than Jeremy's. The best
thing would be if we can get more win32 people to attempt to make
distribution and report any bugs.
