html exporter:

added exporter option 'abs-units' -- if set to 'yes' the exporter
uses absolute units for width, etc., instead of percentages.

got rid of floating values; this produces less cluttered (and
generally smaller) output. Small dimensions, such as border widths,
get converted to points and rounded, bigger dimensions, like element
widths, get converted to mm and rounded.

removed some superfluous whitespace from output.

uuid-related: changes to AD_Document::getNewUUID(), getNewUUID32()
and getNewUUID64() related to the removal of MAC from the uuids.
