I am working on using the Uniscribe windows library to give us
support for complex scripts and this will include proper line
breaking and justification for any languages supported by the
Uniscribe (which I believe includes Thai) on Windows.

The segmentation method is actually located in the
gr_Graphics::canBreakAt(). It is possible that the we will need to
change the input to this method to suppor Thai; please have a look
and let me know what changes should be made.
