I hope they know they can disable the splash screen, abiword starts so
quickly the splash screen just makes things seem slower (although from a
quick read of the mailing list they seem to have fixed the splash screen
bug already anway).

Hopefully they will be kind enough to send us occasional status updates
and give EA Zen something to write about in his weekly nees.
