No, we do not. All that we technically need to do is
require Glib on Win32, which has been proposed so that
we can use things like LibGSF as well.
From my experience, Enchant works nicely on Windows.
I've built it using MinGW. It'd probably be neat if we
had a MSVC project or something more Windows-ish as
well.
